'Jaw Jaw, not War War: Military Liaison as a Critical Capability'

This talk was given to a military intelligence audience as part of a Study Day focusing on the challenges posed by Russia today. 

My focus was on the previous military liaison mechanisms that ensured dialogue and collaboration between the Western Allies and their Soviet and now Russian counterparts.  It also examined how these links might be reinvigorated in the future.
