‘The Challenge of Liaison: Past, Present and Future’

This event was designed to coincide with and mark the 75th anniversary of the Robertson-Malinin Agreement which was signed on 16th September 1946 and set up BRIXMIS in East Germany and its counterpart, SOXMIS, in West Germany.
